Dickie Ferriuolo- Master Hair Stylist

Gaetano "Dickie" Ferriuolo has provided premium hair care in New Haven and New York City since 1963.
His resume reads like a Who's Who of contemporary hair design: Backup Stylist for Paul Mitchell, Program Director and Model Consultant for Jerry C., Assistant Runway Stylist for John Sahag- you may well have seen his work in footage of a runway show! Locally, he designs hair for the Yale Rep Theater, and is a model and actor consultant.

Dickie has evolved with the times, as styles have changed over the years. Now, in the new millenium, he has added Certified Curl Consultant to his impressive resume- he was personally trained by Lorraine Massey and Sheri Harbry at Departure Lounge in New York City. He has been cutting curly hair throughout his career, and really believes in DevaCurl techniques and products!

An appointment with Dickie not only involves a great hairstyle, but also a lively conversation, a fact well known to the many customers who will travel to New Haven even after they have moved away, just to keep getting his great hair care!

Diane has maintained a comprehensive understanding of the hair care industry and its business operations. She has been privately trained by leading hair care company representatives, such as color training with Matrix, Redken and Wella. Diane is creative, artistic and highly skilled. She has a great sense of humor and a pleasure to be around.

She collaborates with Master Hair Stylist Dickie Ferriuolo for precise and accurate mixing of colors for all stages of application. They both apply specialized techniques to create styles for all ages and genders, including makeovers from natural to theatrical.
